It's worth noting that Gannett (USA Today) now owns a bunch of small local newspapers, including this one, in PA after buying out the previous owners, iirc McClatchy. These papers are now all similar to USA Today and articles of state or national interest like this one run in all of them.

There was also a story about how Oz bought a 3.1M farmstead in Dec 2021, applied for and received a 50k farmstead exemption. A huge misstep as I'm sure Fetterman's campaign will delightfully point it out to struggling farmers in those rural areas.
