Keith Self Quotes Joseph Goebbels & Tim O'Hare Moves To Erase Minority Districts

I wish I could stop writing about Republican racism, but they keep handing me new material.

Today, in Congress, Keith Self (TX03) quoted Joseph Goebbels, Hitler’s minister of propaganda. Promptly to be called about by Texas Congresswoman Julie Johnson (TX32). Watch:

It honestly doesn’t matter what the quote was or what point he thought he was making. Normal people don’t go around quoting Nazis. Full stop. When someone reaches for Joseph Goebbels to back up their argument, they’ve already lost the plot… and revealed much more about themselves than they probably meant to.

But, get a load of this… Keith Self has made headlines before for quoting Nazis. Apparently, this is a regular thing for him.

Lie loudly and often and blame your enemies for what you do. Incredible that human beings would use such tactics. I guess ya have to be some kinda special.

Judge Defends Using Nazi Quote in Campaign

A quote about truth by a Nazi propaganda minister is being cited by Collin County's top elected official, Judge Keith Self, as he seeks a second term.

The Republican's mention of "Let's Try Some Truth" leads off by quoting Joseph Goebbels, saying "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it."

I've talked with many people ages 40-80 in Texas and have brought up the fact that FDR's son Elliott lived near Fort Worth and FDR and Eleanor used to visit.

They all get so angry and call FDR a socialist communist. They despise FDR and the New Deal.
I say, "He lead our country against the nazis and fascism."
Their response is always "we fought on the wrong side."
