New councilman elected, local results mirror statewide in constitutional amendment election
Livingston City Council will swear in a new city councilman following the Nov. 4 General Election.
Four people were vying for three “at large” positions on the Livingston City Council. The three incumbents – Dr. Raymond J. Luna, Elgin Davis and Bobby Charles Jackson Sr. – were all seeking reelection and Marty Drake also filed his candidacy for election. Drake, Luna and Jackson ended up victorious.
