James Walkinshaw won the Democratic primary today and

Will run to fill Gerry Connolly's seat. The reporting on this race is atrocious with the press calling Walkinshaw Connolly's former chief of staff. While that is true, it ignores the fact that Walkinshaw has been the Braddock District Supervisor for 2 terms.
Walkinshaw is expected to defeat the GOP candidate this fall.

Great turnout yesterday. Full parking lot, with people parking on the street. Line out the door

which is a great turnout. I always worry when there are a lot of names on the ballot.
