Hampton Roads Transit to offer free rides on Election Day
(WAVY) — Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) is helping voters get to the polls on Election day by offering free rides.
On Tuesday, November 4, buses, light rail, ferry, paratransit and OnDemand rideshares will be free.
“With free access to HRT’s comprehensive transit solutions throughout Hampton Roads, we are once again doing our part to facilitate mobility on Election Day,” said William E. Harrell, President and CEO of HRT.
