But it actually is a Mediterranean climate like the rest of the West Coast of the US where the winters are wet, but the summers are dry, and there have been times where they have very hot summers. My brother used to live in Seattle, and one summer I believe they got Heat Advisories and Excessive Heat Warnings there.
