Katie Wilson Takes 91-Vote Lead Seattle's Mayor Race
Not as dramatic as they say. In Seattle, leftward leaning in votes that come in, and are counted late result in swings of something like 8 to 12 points in the total over the week after election day.
And people are given opportunities to cure errors, so there are more to be counted.
