and former conservative PM coincidentally was there to meet with business people. No doubt to stop Trudeau from making the news with Trudeau's desire to ensure labour union provisions in any new NAFTA deal because trade deals can include anything you want, they don't have to be just about business interests. Harper reiterated that the trade negotiations could fail.
