Penny Morduant (who's even more crassly dishonest than Boris Johnson) has dropped out, following Kemi Badenoch dropping out and Tom Tugdenhat being eliminated.

To be honest, the Tory leadership contest has been pretty dismal IMHO. Also worth noting here that Liz Truss is a former Liberal Democrat, and it seems that Lib Dems who remember her from those days have particularly negative opinions about her!
