Never buy a plastic snowblower

Mine self-destructed last night. The spinny thing is NOT supposed to go flying down the driveway. Sorry, no video.

Bought a metal one today. Heavy as shit but works great.

I've not had a plastic snowblower, but I have had more parts that were plastic break in no time at all. I'll pay more for the well-built items from now on.

And.....as to your problem.....

contacted the manufacturer. No excuse for such sloppy manufacturing.

I suspect it choked on a piece of ice then tore itself apart instead of stalling.
