How do I change my password for my yahoo email?

I can't figure out how to do it, and when I called yahoo they said there would be a charge for this tech help. I said no, I won't pay to have someone tell me where to click on the page just because they don't make it obvious.

Anyway, can someone here walk me through it?

I forgot mine years ago and they emailed me mine to another email address, Pretty secure, right ?

Although that doesn't seem to do anything for me.

What I wound up doing was logging out, and then when logging back in asked for help. They sent a verifying text to my cell phone, which I then typed in and was immediately sent to a page to do a new password.

I'm good now. Thanks again for the help.

How to remove my real birthday from my Yahoo account. Or change it to my internet birthday.

Had it 20+ years, before I knew better.

and when I got to the part about changing a wrong birthday, Yahoo won't do that. It says that for security reasons you can't change your birthdate. You'd have to open a new account to do so.

That sucks.

Recently on FB I deleted my birthday information.
