iPhone 14 - Siri stopped responding. I didn't curse at her for her fuck-ups or nothin'.
She just don't respond.
I rebooted. Nothin'.

(26,591 posts)I have had devices grab the OUTPUT over bluetooth. Never a mike, but check what's paired on bluetooth.
Siri can be turned off. I did so. Probably not accidentally.
Did you tell Siri to stop listening? I recall that some kids used Alexa to order hundreds of dollars of toys, so you never know!
EDIT TO ADD.
One of my favorites.

Nyuk, Nyuk Nyuk.

(25,126 posts)Quit all apps. Swipe them away.
In sequence, press the Volume Up then Volume Down buttons then press and hold the Sleep button. Keep it depressed as the Slide to Power Off screen appears and keep it depressed as the screen goes to black. Keep the Sleep button depressed until the white Apple icon appears then you can release it. When the beginning screen appears, youll have to type in your six-digit passcode to open the device.
This routine resets the phone without destroying any data or settings. It almost always works for me when my iPhone gets weird.
Good luck!

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
