ipad mini problem

after my last upgrade, siri has disappeared. i researched this issue online and others are having it too, but nothing has worked. anyone know a fix? i hope i don't have to make an appt at the bar

Have you tried a hard restart? Hold down the power and home button till it resets. Should fix it.
