ubuntu 12.04 LTS Alpha2

Downloaded and burned a copy just now and am trying it. Looks like 11.10 but I haven't gotten into the menu yet to see what has changed. I'm hoping that thunderbird is the default

if you can follow the instructions to compile yourself you can build a 3.2 kernel for 11.10. A lot of the other changes seem to be specific to the "standard" flavour of Ubuntu with Unity or GNOME Shell (which I don't care about; I prefer KDE to either). Most of the changes outlined here are things that I find pretty irrelevant as a Kubuntu user.
