good places to find royalty free video clips?

did a search and got loads of places for big bucks clips like Getty ($500 for one use ). want to make some political things with a mix of stills and vids. one supposes most political clips come from news orgs.
there are lots of images in the images header of search engines but probably not usable to make a video.know of any places?

I use both still and vidoe material from that site. They have many no-royalty and no-license images to choose from.
