WTF, has Adblock plus stopped working?

I'm running Firefox on Ubuntu 12.04. I've never seen the ads here, or on You Tube, but they're showing now. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Is anything new about your system?

My adblock and noscript are working fine.

the only other thing I can think of is that auto update installed something that is overruling you.

Have you tried to adblock the images you see now? Can you, or are you being totally blocked from accomplishing that?
