but I barely pay attention because there's always a back story, the financial press has been populated with newbie stringers and ideological right-wingers. My nose navigates better than all these hacks. THAT being said, BLS was reliable north-star data one could traverse with at night. Now we're rudderless. Going to make a bet here: indexes will underperform over the next 3 years because experienced managed funds, often with sterling resumes are overdue for a breakout. They know value when they see it and employment data and interest rates wobbling in a narrow range adds little to their well-honed financial intuition.
