AFSCME is hiring a Field Communicator based in Denver, CO.

This role is central to our major Colorado organizing campaign. We're looking for someone with a background in advocacy communications — labor, issue campaigns, or electoral work — who can hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of hands-on campaign communications experience, ideally from labor or a closely aligned advocacy space. We're looking for someone who knows how to build a message, drive earned media, run multi-channel digital campaigns, and mobilize workers.
