Spain and France are bracing for another possible heatwave that could bring temperatures of 44C (111F) over the coming days, as figures show that Junes extreme heat was responsible for more than 2,000 excess deaths in the two countries.
Spains state meteorological agency, Aemet, said a mass of dry and very hot air would bring persistently high temperatures to much of Spain from Saturday, adding that temperatures in parts of the south-east could hit 42C to 44C on Tuesday...

People who do have A/C and are living in 103 degree heat (112 degrees with humidity) but they can't afford the enormous electric costs...and this is largely due to tRump's economy and the electric grid he controls through his BS cohorts. This is the GOP's plan to enrich themselves even more than they already have.

No mention of water-cooled air conditioning, which involves lots of infrastructure usually for large planned buildings.
We are at a tipping point. Hard to see how this doesn't get worse year by year for 10-15 years.
