Cost of a 1 pack a day habit, by state, at 100% of FPL

Originally posted in GD, but it is about frugality.
Explanation; in Illinois (for instance) a one-pack-a-day habit costs a two-person household earning $15,500 (100% of Federal Poverty Level) 54% of their income.

I gave up on name brand cigarettes awhile ago when I went on disability. There was no way I could afford that on an income of a little over 1k a month. so I smoked dirt cheat Murano filtered little cigars ($1.46 a pack) until I quit for good earlier this year.
