1. Avoid Musk.

2. Last I lived in the Bay, BART went all the way to Fremont. Nice way to get to airports less lots of luggage, though after one trip that was held up overnight in DFW for lightning storms (surprise!) , IIRC, we had to wait for the SFO BART to open in the morning.

Luggage went to Oakland, of course.

Item 3 of 2:
How can a tunnel be "massive" when it consists only of air? Almost no mass.
