Ukraine just ended Russian gas shipments in pipelines over its territory. This has big implications - a lot of which haven't been fully appreciated yet. In this video, I take a second look at the potential impacts, especially around Moldova and Transnistria, and argue that Russia may be trying to open up a new front in the Ukraine war.
