China - BYD Accused of Labour Abuse in Brazil - Joe Blogs

In this video I discuss the continued growth of BYD, the Chinese Electric Vehicle manufacturer. BYD is now the largest EV business in the world and in June 2024 acquired Ford's old production plant in Brazil. This was seen to be a major step forward for the trading relationship between China and Brazil but things have not quite gone to plan.
