Russia's Economy Minister stated at the recent National Conference in St Petersburg that Russia is heading for Recession unless it changes its monetary policy. This statement is a clear message for Elvira Nabulina that Russian Authorities want to see interest rate cuts but with inflation still at high levels is this the right move for the Russian Economy?
