Trump and Finland's Stubb approve deal for icebreaker ships - Reuters

US President Donald Trump and his Finnish counterpart Alexander Stubb sealed an agreement for the US Coast Guard to acquire up to 11 icebreaker ships to bolster US national security in the Arctic.
