BRUTAL: Palantir FIRED by France's FBI - USA Cut Off AI Friday, France Changed Plumbing Tuesday - House of El

France just made one of the clearest digital sovereignty moves yet: its domestic intelligence agency is ending its reliance on Palantir and moving to a French alternative. When intelligence services start leaving American platforms, the shift is no longer symbolic — it is structural.

🇫🇷 France’s DGSI is replacing Palantir’s Gotham platform with ChapsVision, a French data analytics company.
🇩🇪 Germany’s domestic intelligence agency has also selected ChapsVision over Palantir.
🔐 The decision reflects growing concern that American technology access can be restricted, revoked, or politically weaponised.
🤖 The Anthropic cutoff gave Europe a live example of what “turning off the access tap” looks like.
⚖️ ChapsVision offers sovereign hosting, European legal control, and no exposure to the CLOUD Act.
💶 France is also investing €655 million into domestic AI capability across government agencies.
🌍 The prediction: more European intelligence services will move away from Palantir before the end of 2026.
