(23,677 posts)Not being from the Gay community, I didnt take it as offensive but if it is, its definitely your right to have it alerted. Maybe its purpose was to generate discussion, if so, it worked. Just my opinions..

(4,076 posts)I appreciate you responding. Could be. I speak with many voters, and I hear people equating it every day. Thank you for your support!

(39,809 posts)Offensive.
It's a bad "One of these things is not like the other..." originating from a bad place, even if its creator was simply naive and unaware of their own prejudices.
It's also possible the creator isn't naive and is playing mind games.

(14,468 posts)Then I get to where I disagree with you if I understand you correctly. You alerted on the post several times?
I believe, one "alert" on a post is enough. If the jury disagrees with you, move on. And from the evidence, several juries have disagreed with you.

(4,076 posts)I alerted it several times with 5 mins or so. That's it.

(4,076 posts)I'm not sure how it's changed. It went to several juries in 5 mins? Wtf
'nuff said.

(36,401 posts)...gay and now that you mention it, I could see how it could be taken differently.
I saw it as contrasting respectable flags with a flag not worthy of respect.
Of i were on a jury, "I'd probably vote "doesn't quite break the rule."
I do understand I might be in error.
