Drinking lots of water.

Going to donate blood in a couple of hours.
Found out I have to stay hydrated. A couple of times they had problems finding a vein and keeping the blood flowing. Last time I made a point of drinking lots of water and what a difference.
Giving out free long sleeve tee shirt this week. They love me, I have O positive.

My older brother was a big time college football player. He doesn’t donate blood, so I found that out and tease him all the time now. You’re afraid needles.

I'm having a really hard time with sugar, especially after quitting alcohol 10 months ago.

the less I want.
Not easy and I’m not perfect, but doing pretty good. Have a BMI of 25. Would like to get that down a little more. More veggies and fish. Plus lots of water. I drink a half gallon a day plus other liquids like decaf coffee and unsweetened ice tea.
Good luck.

When I quit drinking 25 years ago, I also had a big problem with sweets.
