Eek - my Netflix account has been suspended!

Or so the email message says. But, oddly enough, I can still watch stuff on Netflix.

I'm pretty sure it's a phishing expedition.

especially in an email.... That said, I sense you are saying others just may share the information to fix the netflix account and BOOM...robbery happens,....

they might have been able to infect my computer with malware. But it's more likely they wanted to trick me into revealing information about myself. They could use such information directly or sell it to other criminals.
