Week 12...

Still doing weights/exercise bike 3 times a week.

Had to increase more slowly than I did when I was in my 40's...funny how that works, right?

Got a lap swim pass to our local pool, so for the summer, I'm swimming laps for about 45-50 minutes most days of the week. Yeah, about half of it is with a kickboard, but I'm moving in a way I enjoy, so that's something.

I think I have made it a habit now. Probably.

I have taken two weeks off, one for a camping trip, one for a virus.

But, I went back right away. Still swimming nearly every day, missed swimming yesterday, because I got a second swimsuit and got sunburned on my back. So, today, I'll be back to it, but with sunscreen and a swim shirt this time!

Exercise bikes are a bit boring though aren’t they? Good for you..
I never learnt how to swim and the pools gross me out :-/.

Week 1 of a new regimen starts for me next week. It’s everything-work, exercise and diet. I have had a significant downturn between Sept 2011 and Sept 2025. Now I am finally over it.

This coming week I will restart having gotten my medication mix of medical marijuana and modafinil correctly figured out.

I am taking a month completely off from the Internet and news to get back on track.
I have to figure out how to work Internet use into my schedule. I am very much a creature of habit I have realized and I guess I need structure to tap into my free will. I really want to improve my work, memory, speed of processing and general fitness.

Wish me luck . Though I will only check back in a month to know if you did .

The first few weeks starting back are so....hard.

I watch TV while riding, find a show that I like enough to make the time go faster! I'm doing reruns of "the Rookie" right now, because...Nathan Fillion.

I am going with floor aerobics. I am a slacker when it comes to strength training. But I plan to force myself.

Aerobics and running can be fun with music. I am also mostly vegan (there is a small amount of dairy in some energy bars I buy and I am fregan if i have to finish up leftovers), but now i am also giving up added sugar entirely. I have a sweet tooth so that will be fun..

Isn’t that the Firefly guy? I never watched that show though I was a Buffy fan . I probably would have liked it. Shows I like tend to get canceled so that fits -Santa Clarita Diet, Counterpart..
Fisk is my latest favorite .
