Had a small fender bender at CVS

WEnt to get my meds, cvs pharmacy closed at 4 pm. No clue why. Was pulling out and, my fault, scraped a lady's car. We're both fine. Cops came and I called insurance.

It was the week from Hell.

Aspirin not helping.

Poor lady was mad, she is right. But she kept rummaging around her car and I thought i might get shot. We started talking and it ended on a better note

Hopefully, you can stay home & don't have to go out anymore for a while. I hate days like this. Wishing you peace. ☮️

I hope so.

See, due to mental issues, things hit me very hard. I suffer from anxiety terribly. I can think of all sorts of things...

And it escalates super fast. It always takes me a long time to calm down and look at things in perspective. I usually would hug my dog but she died 2 years ago. So now I just freak out until I exhaust myself. It isn't anxiety, it's just my nature. Smoking indica seems to help at the time I need it the most.

I'm always in an anxious state, and, when something happens, it takes me a long time to get back to baseline. Mind goes off spinning all sorts of scenarios

to learn how to stop the speeding thoughts as soon as they start. You must acknowledge it and deal with it in a rational mindset. You may want to look into this.

I found it somewhat useful but it is also difficult to do when your mind and body are already going off the charts. It is considered to be a "life long battle" I have read in numerous publications over the years and I believe it is so, for myself anyway.
