Doing better on night anxiety

Cut back on anti-anxiety meds. Not feeling the feeling of dread as much, while it gets dark outside.will be taking Unisom tonight to see if it helps

Hope others here are doing okay

Waiting for the day I have no access to my therapy drugs. But hey I'm sure I can just up and move on a whim like I was suggested. Not knowing whether or not I have the means to do that which I do not. Just fine...

Target has 96 count containers for under $10.

This sleep aid works much better than the other OTC sleep aids such as diphenhydramine.

Losing my good insurance. Have no clue how I'll afford Latuda. Even the generic is thousands of dollars.

I'm watching Naked and Afraid right now, absorbing my attention. I use xanax to sleep. Thanks for asking
