Ever feel you can't relax

I have stress in my life. A lot. But i often feel like I can't relax and feel normal like I used to.

And, I never felt normal, at least not in the sense that other people use it. Nowadays, I just try to make it from day to day. Sometimes I am not sure why I do this, but I do.

This time of year I have so much work to do in my yard and garden that the hard work itself becomes relaxation.

Mulching today, which I hate.

Had to go to publix. No catfood. There is a park nearby. Maybe I'll go during the week

Been there and still doing that.

I so regret my never-ending need to have the 'perfect tan".
