Personally, I struggle with a hairbrush

Which reminds me that I made the right decision to put LilBit in state care.
But this damn hairbrush! I haven’t moved it. How many hours we sat here and brushed her hair? When she woke, when we had to go somewhere, when she was upset?
I’m really missing her.

When life is a downer, nothing beats participating in the creation process. I don't know how I'd have coped with my father's dying process if I hadn't had a litter of bottle baby kittens to devote my time and attention to. I couldn't stay depressed the times I was giving them life !!!
