Worn constantly. Night one, day one
Edit bite force and placement within normal limits wearing the orthotic. Hoping the restorative dentalwork doesn't bankrupt me

I wear an orthotic splint at night to help prevent migraines. It has definitely reduced

These are to pull my jaw into correct alignment due to tmj. My regular nightguard was making it worse

the number of headaches for me. I was also amazed that after using it a few weeks, the occasional ringing in my ears, tinnitus, has disappeared! Wishing you well with your new device; keep us posted.

I've had it about 5 days. I had some eat ringing yesterday. The popping stopped. I just dread the supportive dental work
