Burnout?

Has anyone here experienced this? The last year has been incredible amazing and yet incredibly challenging and extremely demanding - not so much job related (although that’s some of it), but just everything all at once.

I have a medical appointment next week and plan to discuss this with my provider. But does anyone here have experience going through this and have coping strategies you found helpful?

Thanks!

He doesnt really have burnout advice. Ppl talk about self care, but I think burnout can reach a point where bubble baths etc work. I'm trying to exercise a bit. Can you say no to a few things. Take care, friend. I'm here if you need to vent

More than once.

That's why I smoke pot and go to therapy once a week. I also know that there is a point where I need to turn off all the noise and go outside for a few hours. I take in a lot of nature on bad days, always helps but smoking pot help change a bad attitude in a hurry so that's my go to. The therapy helps me stay honest with myself about things.

I hope you find something to distract you from the drudgery of our current existence.
