CT scan showed abscess or cyst

In posterior molar perhaps into sinuses. Getting referred to hospital. Terrified

Drain and antibiotics, maybe pull a tooth. On the list of what it could be, this is not bad. Please try to be calm and know you are getting good care.

And it was all painless once that pesky tooth was gone. Biggest hassle now is getting ready for a tooth implant which takes quite awhile to prep jaw etc.

Have had several abscessed teeth in my time, and it was the worst pain I ever experienced, before or since. There were times when I felt like slamming my head into the wall while waiting to get in to see the dentist.

He still shoved my jaw back and injured it. This is another terrible thing that happened hugs.

GOOD THING I FOUGHT FOR IMAGING.

Those things can develop silently for some time before they start causing symptoms. I'm thinking that when he shoved your jaw so hard, it may have put additional pressure on the nerve and accelerated the process. If so, treating this may just give you the relief you so desperately need. And the good news is this is very treatable and completely curable!

I see better days ahead for you in the not too distant future.

I'm pretty sure the shove precipitated this. This man has hurt me beyond anything. I also don't know why this wasnt picked up by his 360 degree xray and my regulat checkup xrays i had not long ago.
