Supportive side note.

I’m a long time reader of DU, rarely do I post. I just wanted to say, if current events feel numbing and overwhelming, I’m feeling it too. The only thing working for me is focusing on finding peacefulness and resilience, mentally working on pushing the numbness out, and it is not easy. I hope everyone finds some internal strength during challenging moments.

I don’t miss it and I don’t think I’m less informed as a result of turning it off. I subscribed to The Contrarian on Substack and their line up is stellar.
