MAN, I love it when I end up in massive pain from trying to do work to get money...

And, my husband waltzes in from a walk and acts like he is mad at me. He grunted one sentence and has gone to his computer.

I love suffering just to come home and suffer, don't you all?

A shocker. he actually came back up about thirty minutes later and started talking to me. I suspect he was thinking I had just gone somewhere personal and did not tell him. He knew I was working yesterday. but he didn't because he does not remember anything anymore. His cognitive abilities are really starting to slip.

Which is pretty scary.

But, I guess he realized he had messed up. Good thing.

SO, I have been having a pain in my right side just at the bottom (but not under) of the ribcage. (Gall Bladder?) I get this sensation like I have pulled a muscle when I laugh a lot. However, in the past few months, it has been happening more often and sometimes without much provocation. Two weeks ago, I had a spell, and as I was awaiting it to pass (they usually do after about five minutes), I felt something move, which has never happened before, and the pain/sensation stopped. It has not happened since. Now, I am really leaning towards a gallstone.

Unfortunately, the doctor I see is little more than a referral service, and he referred me to get an ultrasound, and then we can see what is going on. So, I made the appointment.

Surprise! I got a call from 'pre-registration' whereby they filled me in on my deductible and the fact that we have outstanding debt with them They insisted that I choose an option as to what can be done about it. My deductible is almost $500. The debt is over twice that amount. I cannot afford that.

It is not a matter of being 'rich person' broke, when one is down to their last $10,000, this is broke as in I cannot do this even thought my health is in jeopardy and I could die should the stone do bad things to my inside. Doesn't matter. I cannot do anything about it as things stand.

Thank you to the Healthcare industry for falling into the greed trap set by capitalism. Thank you Federal government for not only never considering an pubic option or a single-payer system, but allowing your citizens to die in the streets because you cannot let go of one freaking cent for anyone other than those who support your greed. I may be 'worthless' to those animals, and I may look like a freeloader and a mooch to them as well, and, I may die in agony in the gutter somewhere, but I am one thousand times the human being that these slime are. At least I can take comfort in that.
