Physical energy, improved mental outlook ...

... Has yielded some days this week where I have felt really great. There are still a few road bumps, some minor family tension, the normal problems which pop up at work and must be dealt with.

Next week is a "big week" in terms of MH -my followup with the new and hopefully improved psychiatrist. Looking forward to that, actually.
