Got a change up on my medications.

I'll be taking Buspar twice a day and should use the Klonopin as a 'reinforcement' on a bad day. So, we'll see. She's concerned about my loss of appetite and weight loss. I'm not concerned because this just seems to be one of the ways I react to extreme stress and/or anxiety. One time I lost close to 30 lbs.

The anxiety has gotten so bad that it's causing issues with my blood pressure. Taking a Klonopin helps to lower it. Hopefully the Buspar, which I will be taking twice a day, will also help.

Time to check the outdoor kid cat's water supply. We are on what is HOPEFULLY the last day of the heat wave. Tomorrow I should be able to head back outside and fill more yard waste bags. Being outside really helps because I just focus on what's in front of me.

Your #1 positive — your CatKids. They need you and you need them. I know they are crucial guiding you through your anxieties.

Although I’ve never taken it. I hope it works for you when you need it and that you don’t lose too much weight. Good luck with the kid cats!
