Anyone here have experience with C-PTSD?

I just became aware of this, in the context of looking for answers for a family member. It sure makes a lot of sense.

Traditionally PTSD results within a few months following a single traumatic experience

cPTSD is a similar condition but it follows multiple exposures to trauma and a sense of not being able to get free of them...

When I was diagnosed, they said PTSD, but maybe the C hadn't been added yet.

I clearly qualify for the C, though.
