CAVEATS!!!

1- Online therapy is no substitute for face-to-face. However, it could be better than absolutely nothing at all.
2- I know absolutely nothing about this service, so CAVEAT EMPTOR!
3- If you're suicidal, I'd contact someone in your local area (a friend, family member, your doctor, your therapist, etc)
4- This *might* be good between therapy sessions, or if you're simply lonely.
