Got an eCig a week ago this past friday..

Wasn`t really intending to quit cigs altogether, but over the last 10 days, I cut down from almost 2 packs a day to just about 4 packs in the 10 days since I got the eCig... and, I haven`t actually had a cigarette since about 7am yesterday... This may actually be do-able

I've got 55 year habit going on and struggling to committ to quitting. I find your post very encouraging.

And friend, I have the addiction bad.. But right now, I`m not really "jonesing" for a smoke at all.. I`m actually finding I want the eCig more than a Marb, actually... If I can get even to this point, you got this too!

And remember, a relapse here or there is not necessarily an indication of failure.. Celebrate each "victory", and put any "slips" in perspective.

I used both for awhile but eventually was able to just do the vaping systems. I don't know what brand you are using, but if you think you'll be using e-cigs for a long duration you should do some research into the different types of systems out there. The self contained cartridges are usually made in China so I eventually stopped buying them and went to using American-made liquid and the tank systems (it's also cheaper than the cartridges because you can refill them and not throw them out then empty).

For anyone that's interested I used this site http://tasteyourjuice.com/wordpress/ to get up to speed on the different brands and options, and there are a lot of them out there!
