Weight Loss/Maintenance
Related: About this forumI want to get a smart watch, but can't figure out what the 2 digit numbers one above the other mean in ads?
I guess it's so common knowledge everyone else knows.
I see displays of 20 over 36 so it can't be a time display.

IDK why they would use military time in an ad. Most people use standard time in the US

What is it you want to get out of it?
I usually pay attention to steps and active minutes mostly. It also tracks sleep, HR, Resting HR, O2.
You kind of need to take all these devices as a general view. Not super accurate.

Some of the others like with the big 08 over 30 is just a goofy way of displaying time.

(2,527 posts)Steps, heart rate, pulse ox, etc are usually smaller numbers. The ad might not be localized, so the watch is set to a 24hr clock for their home market and they are just reusing it for here.
