Todays version has onion, asparagus, carrot, and celery, same as yesterday, but with some frozen peas added.
Sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, and brown sugar for the seasoning. Sadly, no eggs. Ate the last one this morning.

I make it once maybe every five years. What prompted me: the meat was $31 and I was able to apply a $10 coupon and I'm getting $25 extra in my salary for dressing up for Halloween. Couldn't resist free veal.
