Cottage cheese with urfa pepper. Goodies from my cold veggie plate from last night's dinner: carrot sticks, celery sticks, banana ring peppers, cornichons, green and black olives.

I made this Japanese miso soup with tofu cubes. It has dashi and scallions in it, too. I made it from package directions, but I wish I'd printed out Mollie's recipe before I did it. I think the Japanese have this for breakfast. I am, anyway.

New pot of tea: hibiscus.
