(11,252 posts)there are some good pizzerias around, but I'm finding that I prefer our homemade ones to the delivery ones available around here.

(21,522 posts)with beef, fresh green peppers, in salsa sauce. Enough for leftovers.
I also made some chocolate covered pretzels.

(24,140 posts)Were having filet mignons because our son and his SO are visiting for the weekend. Im pan frying the meat with onions, garlic and mushrooms. Creamy mashed potatoes and spinach salad. Pinot noir and lemon ice water. A nice hearty meal for a snowy day in the Catskills.

(1,525 posts)Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onions, green bell pepper, cauliflower florets, slice mushrooms and minced garlic. When done I added chickpeas and Wegmans medium heat curry sauce and cooked for a few more minutes. Served with basmati brown rice. Bran muffin for dessert. Iced green tea. Cheers! 🥂

(1,826 posts)on rice, with cucumber raita. This was nice because it was easy to throw together to make in the Instant Pot, recipe has slow cooker directions too:

Potluck tomorrow at church. Made applesauce cake with caramel icing, and sauteed cabbage with dill and chives. Tomorrow I'll make a Mississipi pot roast.

(11,252 posts)still working on the leftovers from Tuesday's tri-tip, and a simple green salad. Household hint: a food processor does a decent job of mincing meats, provided you cut them into smallish cubes first.
