So, I am cooking a late meal.

Vermicelli and a topping.

The topping-

A little olive all in the pan, a couple, three of garlic cloves, sprigs of Rosemary and Time, butt end of celery stalk - same volume as onion, I suppose., 1/3 of a medium onion, 1/2 small can of sliced black olives. 1 - 1/2 plum tomato's. A healthy shake of Italian, garlic powder, onion powder, celery powder for extra seasonong seasoning. A/1/3 pounder of Hamburger. Sprinkler the rest of a 5 cheese fine diced diary product, mainly to bring it all together..

Simmering now. The question is.....

Add a 1/2 cup of Sour Cream before serving on the Spaghetti. Please advise. My decision depends on your consensus.

On edit, I forgot the squeezable tomato paste. 3 strong squirts of that.

I waited too long. Pan in the frig, will eat tomorrow, probably 2 meals if I factor in Skippa's portion. OAITW r.2.0 Apr 2025 #9

I'm pretty much always going to advocate for adding sour cream. However, this ingredient list looks kind of... dry. Sour cream will help bring it together but I suspect I would add a little milk. Do as you like, of course.

I'm going with the sour cream and 1/2 and 1/2 option tomorrow...I let it go a little too long tonight. Still delicious though. Ate a ham on rye with swiss and mustard.
