Pappa al Pomodoro

Ingredients:
• 4 large tomatoes, chopped
• 2 cups stale bread, cubed
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 cups vegetable broth
• Salt, pepper, fresh basil

I love pappa al pomodoro. I first had it in Tuscany a long time ago. It gets even better as a leftover. I'm going to try your recipe--thank you!
